I used to own a furniture store and closed on short notice due to illness. These four chairs were ordered to have a sample in my shop. These are brand new, never used. They were just displayed in my shop. Hickory Chair Co. of North Carolina~ Set of FOUR dining side chairs. The chairs are mahogany, and were ordered with a special distressed finish. The upholstery is linen. These chairs are new, and immaculate. Good quality chairs are ENGINEERED, not just made. They are engineered to fit a human body, that is why a really good chair is always way more comfortable than a cheap chair. The seats are 23-23.5 wide and about 20" deep. The height overall is 38" The height of the seat is about 21". The chairs weigh 34 Lbs. each approximately. I weighted myself on bath scale holding one. This is approximate. So 4 chairs is about 140 lbs. Now, there is a great misconception that the heavier the chair, the better quality it is. That is so ABSOLUTELY not true. Ask Any fine furniture dealer, especially one that sells chairs. And by fine chairs I mean Karges, Baker, Henredon, etc. These are stunning chairs, and the finish goes with any type or color of wood, stone etc. These chairs were designed in the USA, made in the Philippines, and finished in the USA. These 4 chairs retailed at just under $8000. Pick up in Fair Oaks, CA 95628 I will ship these 4 chairs to your locale. However, I cannot provide shipping quotes. You must get estimates yourself.
