This is a unique opportunity in Land Park to rent a furnished home during the 2024-25 academic year. We are only open to a 12-month lease (summer 24-summer 25; dates flexible). We can be flexible about what furniture we leave and what we store, including bed sizes, based on your needs. In addition to the 3-bed/1-bath, there is a finished garage that we use as a work and office space. There is a garden bed in the front yard and a landscaped back yard. Internet, water and a 2x monthly cleaning service are included in the rent. Tenant is responsible for electricity and gas. We have a strong local network (family, neighbors and contractors) to support with house maintenance issues in the event that you will need anything at all.
