Successfully progressed to Corporate Officer from Office Assistant by learning every aspect of services which included auto detailing, paint/body, pressure washing and transport.

 

Completed project to remodel multiple retail stores with new logos, graphic designs, uniforms and interior/exterior store appearance. Completed with minimal expense.

 

Self-employed for 4 years as a Corporate Auditor/Troubleshooter providing solutions to problematic areas of businesses.

 

Performed audits on taxes, workers compensation, insurance and payroll for accounts over $10 million dollars.

 

Passed every inspection from CalOSHA and Fire Departments for over twenty five years at each place of employment.

 

Five years as a Team Leader directing large fund raising events and group planning for Girl Scouts of America.

Volunteer Alameda County Food Bank

Packaged supplies of canned, boxed and fresh food for distribution to Clients. Cleaned work areas and attended to Clients. Organized storage closet and stocked shelves for the next shift.

 

Volunteer Sacramento County Animal Control

Performed a variety of tasks for the pet socialization program that included dog walking,horse grooming and maintaining small animals. Cleaned cages, fed animals and sanitized all bedding and toys. Assisted with locating pets for owners and showed clients available pets for adoption.

 

Office Manager High Rise Window Cleaning Inc.

In charge of bookkeeping, production, scheduling, sales and contracts.

Prepared diagrams, scaled index maps and permits for street closures to comply with government regulations. Implemented certificate training and safety programs and handbooks for employees. Established and staffed new locations, expanded paint/body divisions, pressure washing and mobile paint repair trucks. Sales revenue increased by 25% due to proper management and new services. Implemented and maintained safety training programs . Directed Managers meetings. Enforced quality assurance for services within the Company.
