Objective: Bilingual Teller Position
> Over 8 years of experience in Customer Service
> Bilingual in English and Spanish
> Basic knowledge of computer programs including Word, Excel and Outlook
Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
Cash checks and pay out money after verifying that signatures are correct, that written and numerical amounts agree, and that accounts have sufficient funds
Enter customers' transactions into computers to record transactions and issue computer-generated receipts
Examine checks for endorsements and to verify other information such as dates, bank names, identification of the persons receiving payments and the legality of the documents.
Operate cash register to process cash or credit sales.
Prepare prescription labels by typing or operating a computer and printer. Accept prescriptions for filling, gathering and processing necessary information. Greet customers and help them locate merchandise.
