Acted as a liaison between operations, contractors, and customers to ensure shipment integrity and enhanced customer service. Created new barcodes for all packages that had an incorrect address or that had been damaged. Performed local address searches through various sources so that the contractor could deliver packages. Identified misleads by researching the location of the delivery.
