Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes entering data in automated systems; gathering data for reports; and providing administrative support. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-04). OR Education:
Four years of education above the high school level obtained in an accredited business, secretarial or technical school, junior college, college or university. OR Combination of Education and
Experience:
A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide your semester hours of education beyond two years (total semester hours minus 60) by 60. Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes entering data in automated systems; interpreting regulations and directives; and responding to routine questions regarding policies and procedures regarding human resources hiring procedures and requirements. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05) GS-07:
Specialized
Experience:
One year of specialized experience which includes preparing and/or coding personnel actions (SF-52s); providing guidance on civilian human resources hiring procedures and requirements; and providing federal human resources staffing and placement support such as developing vacancy announcement, screening applicants, conducting qualification analysis, and/or adjudicating veteran's preference. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06). Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
