THIS IS A T32 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION. The primary purpose of the HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY), GS-0203-7, is to serve as the final reviewer and procedural authority of personnel actions submitted to the MILPO by lower echelons. Work is to be performed in one or more of the following work areas:
Officer or Enlisted Personnel Management (OPM, EPM); Retirement Points Accounting Management (RPAM); Selected Reserve Incentive Program (SRIP); Montgomery G.I. Bill; MOS Medical Review Board (MMRB); Line of Duty (LOD) investigations; and Funeral Honors/Casualty Assistance. May make additional selections within 90 days of eligible(s) issuance. General
Experience:
Administrative or clerical experience, education, or training which demonstrates the ability to perform the duties of the position; Experience using computer and automation systems. HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (MILITARY), GS-0203-7:
Must have at least 12 months experience in the interpretation and application of regulations, procedures or laws; Experience that provided a working knowledge of administrative functions; Experience performing personnel transactions; Experience working independently and setting priorities with very little supervisory control. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
