Amazon Delivery Driver

Delivery Service, Inc. (DDS Inc.), an authorized service partner for Amazon Inc., and is now serving the greater Sacramento Area. We are currently seeking seasonal full time (8:00 am to 6:00 pm) and part time (10 Hour shifts, but reduction in days per week) courier drivers to start almost immediately!
DDS Inc. provides on-line, on-road training, in addition will provide vehicles, gas, insurance, and uniforms. In this performance-based, seasonal, delivery driver position, you will be responsible to deliver Amazon packages to both residential and business areas.
Minimum Eligibility Requirements:
  • Minimum 21 years of age.
  • Valid CA driver's license (Class C).
  • Clean driving record (no accidents, suspensions, or more than one point)
  • Eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Lift/load/deliver up to 50 lbs of merchandise (average box is 5lbs).
  • Work minimum of 10 hour shifts (overtime rate paid after 8 hours worked per day)
  • Part Time is a 10 hour shift: 2-3 days a week
  • Full Time is a 10 hour shift: 4+ days a week
  • Full Time 7.5 Hours per day 12:00 to 7:30 pm
  • Must be able to work 1 weekend day (Saturday or Sunday)
  • Speak and write English; communicate effectively.
  • Navigate throughout Greater Sacramento and Davis area using GPS device.
  • Valid e-mail address/basic computer skills.
  • Flexibility in schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Successfully pass Pre-employment drug screen and 7 year background check .

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
