Western/Rentokil is looking for Residential Solution (Sales) Specialists This is the opportunity for you! Our average rep is earning 70K plus annually with the top 10% over 100Kannually! Western/Rentokil provides the following:

The primary purpose of this role is to provide a customer experience like no other usinga Winning Formula that we will teach you to execute daily starting with a detailedhome inspection to identify opportunities. Then offer solutions that satisfy thecustomer needs to include some 18 different services. Here are just a few to give you an idea of the solutions we offer and why customerschoose Western/Rentokil to provide their services:
-Related Repair services-Exclusion for rodents and wildlife-Termite solutions to include Fumigation and Termite baiting services-Additional year warranties to sell up front with Termite work-Home Owner Termite Protection Plans when we do not find termites to includedamage and treatment-Pest Free 365 service to include 35 different pest issues on a Monthly, Bi-Monthly orQuarterly basis-Attic Insulation-Attic Clean out and disinfect services-Mosquito control plan-Fly service-Weed control services-Residential Bird control services This is just a few of the solutions you will provide to give you an idea of the opportunity.You will never be with a customer that you will not have the opportunity to provide asolution! Sales production will come from selling our value propositions to new residentialcustomers and respond to inbound leads that we provide of residential and commercialprospects that require an inspection. The role of Residential Sales Specialist is to exceed projections while maintaininga customer focused service with a bonus paid monthly and annually based onyour ability to close the Base Sales Target for your area! This is on top of your base plus commission structure! So you see this is an opportunity like no other. You may have never consideredthis field for sales or thought of it as an unlimited earning opportunity but it istruly unique! ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
1. Read, write and comprehend pesticide labels and training materialsprinted in English.2. Enter and exit structures and crawl spaces; climb over and on top ofstructures; ascend and descend stairs and ladders.3. Use the appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) for thesituation.4. Visually inspect for pest, pest harborage, pest entries, etc.5. Tolerate a variety of environmental conditions, including seasonalweather, damp and/or dusty locations.6. Tolerate sitting and driving a motor vehicle for extended hours eachday.7. Ability to crawl in attics and Crawl spaces of customers home toperform inspection All PPE provided at all times byWESTERN/RENTOKIL.
