Senior Director, Account Management

Position Purpose:
Oversee the account management function to facilitate problem resolution and promote high client satisfaction.
Engage regularly with large market clients via strategic and operational reviews to evaluate client needs and strategic direction.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with C-level and Executive leadership for assigned account; act as intermediary between parties for key activities/issues.
Oversee large market account renewals, client contracting, manage site visits for existing and prospective clients, and account terminations.
Oversee contract negotiations including amendments, including but not limited to state changes and ad hoc requests.
Support and oversee additional client needs such as ad hoc reporting, analysis, product development and HEDIS objectives.
Organize and lead key meetings including JOC, CAPs/PIPs, reporting, and other initiatives.
Lead strategic discussions and assist product development with initial product design, modifications of existing products, and advancement of program offerings.
Support clinical and network business reviews with respective content experts.
Oversee escalated client issues unresolved by content/field expertise and follow-up with appropriate operations and/or corporate staff.
Oversee annual satisfaction survey and related follow up.
Oversee sales and business development opportunities and assist in the development of RFP's and expansion of new business.
Monitor and partner with assigned account to track legislative changes and issues.
Ability to travel 50%.Direct and oversee account management services to clients for assigned unit programs and products in large market, including specific focus on contract negotiation and compliance, facilitating new program and product design, oversight of deliverables including reporting and performance targets and general customer service.
Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Marketing or related field. Master's degree preferred. 8 years of related experience, preferably in account management and/or managed care environment. Management experience overseeing professional staff and multi-product portfolios preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
