Vulcan Materials Company is seeking a Human Resources Generalist.
The Human Resources Generalist will perform a variety of support activities in the administration of the Human Resources function. Activities include employee relations, recruiting, benefits, on-boarding, payroll, organizational development, training, and record keeping support.
Qualifications:
- HR Generalist experience.
- Experience in HRIS, compensation, benefits and payroll is preferred.
- General knowledge and understanding of current HR policies and practices
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Oral and written communication skills to include effective listening.
