Sacramento Architectural Design & Planning Firm actively seeks strongly proficient Architectural Revit Production Drafter to join our healthcare architectural studio.
Experience Requirements:
Must be Revit and AutoCAD proficiency; experience with large BIM models preferred
Experience in architectural design, detailing, and construction administration
OSHPD healthcare project experience is preferred
Must have a minimum 3 years of architectural industry experience
Bachelors degree in Architecture preferred but not required
Responsibilities:
Under supervision of Project Architect, develop changes to construction documents for healthcare projects
Understand and follow proper procedures for control and revision of large shared AutoCAD and Revit files
Understand and follow proper procedures for coordination of changes across multiple views and disciplines
On an as-needed basis, assist in field measurements and observation of work on the construction jobsite
Must demonstrate understanding of professional communications in verbal exchanges, graphic documentation, and email correspondence
