Job Qualification:
Must be proficient with Revit and AutoCAD; experience with large BIM models is preferred
Past experience in architectural design, detailing, and construction administration is needed
Past architectural project experience pertaining to healthcare OSHPD projects is preferred
Must have a minimum of at least 3 years of architectural industry experience
Bachelors degree in Architecture preferred
No employee sponsorship or H1B-visa transfer available.
Job
Responsibilities:
Under supervision of Project Architect, develop changes to construction documents for healthcare projects
Understand and follow proper procedures for control and revision of large shared AutoCAD and Revit files
Understand and follow proper procedures for coordination of changes across multiple views and disciplines
On an as-needed basis, assist in field measurements and observation of work on the construction jobsite
Must demonstrate understanding of professional communications in verbal exchanges, graphic documentation, and email correspondence
