Inside Sales and Marketing Representative
Thunder Mountain Enterprises, Inc. provides comprehensive soil and water management services, including design, construction and consulting relating to storm water quality compliance, erosion and sediment control, ponds and containment systems, slope stabilization and slide repair, environmentally progressive driving surfaces, dust control, land restoration, and low impact development solutions.
Our unique analytical approach combines biotechnology, hydrologic modeling, and soil science with construction and environmental expertise, enabling quick, reliable solutions for agriculture, mining, industrial and commercial applications.
Thunder Mountain principals have 40 years design build general engineering construction experience, with 20 years of focus on environmentally sensitive projects. TME is the only California company to integrate a wide range of field construction services with consulting and design under the same roof. Our customers include public agencies & private industry.
Thunder Mountain Enterprises is seeking a well-rounded, reliable, performance proven Inside Sales and Support Representative.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities In Order of Priority as Directed by Your Supervisor
Follow and maintain all company procedures including use of proper channels of communication
Maintain a professional and technical knowledge of company product and competitive position
Initiate customer relationships through phone outreach and email campaigns
Qualify leads and pass to appropriate Product Manager for site assessment and estimate
Maintain Accounts, Contacts, Opportunities in SugarCRM Data Entry (90% data accuracy required)
Produce weekly sales pipeline reports
Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets as outlined in the budget
Support estimating activities
Skills/Qualifications
2 years sales experience with proven performance in target driven construction environment
Passionate about sales, target-driven, focused and dedicated to achieving goals
Persuasive, strong customer service skills, ability to build rapport and trust with perspective and current clients
Ability to honestly and faithfully represent Thunder Mountain Enterprises as reflected by management and documented company mission/values statement
Strong listening & conceptualizing skills with the ability to then clearly articulate the concept to others and plain language
Able to manage large task lists and change priorities as management, circumstances, and the best interests of the company dictates
Take initiative within department and specific job function to achieve personal and team goals
Timeliness in responses and feedback
Organized
Resourceful
Calm and collected under pressure
Comfortable in fast-paced team environment
Attention to detail, accuracy & thoroughness
Microsoft Office proficient and at least 40 wpmEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
