Senior Firmware Engineer - Intel (Folsom, CA)
This involves comprehension and analysis of Firmware micro-architecture and usage models for Firmware based PC platform features; design, developing and documenting code for the Firmware features in a real-time multithreaded operating system environment; and debugging and/or resolving Firmware components interfaces to relevant hardware.
Qualifications:
You must possess a Bachelor in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or a Master of Science degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Computer Science.
Minimum Requirements:
3 years related experience with PC Hardware 3 years of related experience with Strong Firmware and/or Software debug skills 3 years related experience with software development skills Preferred Requirements:
Experience in system level debug Experience with media and content protection technologies Architecture design skills an added advantage OS application/device driver development experience Hands-on experience of more than two years in Firmware development Job Category:
