Division/Entity West Division Job Overview sales of Comcast's services including HDTV, high speed internet, home security, wireless cards, and digital telephone services. Educate, these services and selling the best possible solution to meet their needs. Communicate these advantages to consumers and place an order on Core Responsibilities Consult with customers in retails store, define needs, acquire new business and up-sell current customers. Assist current customers with billing concerns, payments inquires and/or with their equipment rentals. Tasks especially around Comcast products and services. - Sell with passion and engage new and existing customers in a high quality experience which enables them to make informed purchase decisions. - Maintain high energy and detailed sales product knowledge including competitive information. - Meet or exceed sales quotas in accountability based culture. - Proactively retain existing customers from canceling service by using retention techniques. - Evaluate customer's potential product needs and make appropriate recommendations. - Process payments and equipment transactions in order to maximize the customer experience. - Work in a fast, high volume environment and maintain a positive I can do attitude. - Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Required Skills: - High School Degree or Equivalent - Generally requires 1-3 years related experience Additional Requirements Preferred Requirements: BA/BS degree Two or more years of sales exp. working specifically with a commission, meeting and exceeding quotas. Experience working in a high-tech and/or telecomm industry (electronics/wireless). Bilingual capability (Spanish, Chinese or Vietnamese) is essential. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
