We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Sacramento.
As an integral member of our finance department, you'll play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounts payable process.

Key
Responsibilities:

  • Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payables transactions.
  • Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries and issues.
  • Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
  • Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at various levels.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
  • Flexibility and professionalism in handling dynamic workloads and deadlines.
  • An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus, but not required.
  • 3 or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
  • Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus, but not required.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
  • Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
