We're seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Sacramento.
As an integral member of our finance department, you'll play a key role in managing the full-cycle accounts payable process.

Key
Responsibilities:
- Process and verify invoices, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Prepare and process payments, including checks and electronic transfers.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all payables transactions.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to address payment inquiries and issues.
- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
- Provide support for audits and financial reporting as needed.

Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact at various levels.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy in work.
- Flexibility and professionalism in handling dynamic workloads and deadlines.
- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus, but not required.
- 3 or more years of full-cycle accounts payable experience.
- Knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is a plus, but not required.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Experience with NetSuite is a plus, but not required.
