The California Department of Human Resources Workforce Development Division is recruiting for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Workforce Planning Manager.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a statewide program and support departments to leverage workforce planning as an effective workforce development strategy.
The successful candidate will provide technical expertise, guidance and subject matter expertise to department staff, managers, and executives regarding workforce planning and its connection to succession management, organizational development, talent development, upward mobility, risk mitigation, and diversity, equity, inclusion, and accessibility.
This position provides hybrid telework opportunities, with employees required to work in-person at least two days per week.
Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II, the Staff Personnel Program Analyst leads the Statewide Succession Management Program in the Workforce Development Division.
