Other duties include but are not limited to:
Provides inbound telephone coverage, answers general product and service questions;explains company services.
Places outbound calls to schedule maintenance appointments for existing customers, follow up on appointments, etc.
Accurately enters data entry into the operating system (Service Titan).
Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using a prepared script.
Introduce and promote company products/services to generate interest and qualify leads.
Build and maintain positive relationships with potential customers.
Record and document all interactions and feedback for future follow-ups.
Meet and exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and lead generation.
Manage large amounts of calls in a timely manner.
Collaborate with team to transfer qualified leads for further follow-up.
Set up appointments with customers who are interested in service Other duties are assigned as needed by needs of the Company.
Qualifications and Skills:

years in a call center or customer service position Previous experience in outbound calling or telemarketing preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
