We are seeking a reliable and motivated Server Assistant to join our team.
As a Server Assistant, you play a crucial role in ensuring that dinner service runs smoothly and efficiently.
You must have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
Duties:
- Help set up/open the restaurant - Pre-bus and reset tables throughout the evening promptly - Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen and dining areas - Restocking plates and glassware - Communicate effectively with team members to ensure exceptional service - Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations Skills:
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred - Ability to handle food safely and follow proper sanitation procedures - Strong communication skills to interact with team members effectively - Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment - Excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently - Willingness to learn and take direction from supervisors If you are passionate about providing excellent customer service, have a strong work ethic, and enjoy working as part of a team, we encourage you to apply.
Server Assistants are also tipped out as a member of the tip pool for the restaurant.
Tips are given in cash on a daily basis.
