Senior PLM Business Systems Architect

We are looking for a highly motivated Engineering & PLM BSA, to join the Business System Analyst Team within IT, where you will work closely with the Internal Business Systems Analysts and business and IT teams on Engineering and Manufacturing projects.
What you'll be doing:
Collaborate with Business users to transform the business requirements into system-based solutions focused on PLM and Enterprise Engineering/Manufacturing platforms.
Find opportunities, challenges, and gaps in the business processes and help architect technology strategy and roadmap to address them.
Analyze, improve, and maintain Windchill-based PLM business processes and solutions.
Plan, design, analyze, develop, and implement business processes and systems.
Provide technical mentorship to the Windchill development team to ensure quality implementation and delivery of the planned solutions.
Collaborate with NVIDIA Business and multi-functional IT teams for projects starting from requirements definition and testing to project planning and implementation.
Work cross-department, cross-project, and across the globe to capture requirements, build project plans, and detailed documentation, and take ownership of the complete delivery of the solutions using good communication and partnership techniques.
Deliver training to business users on newly implemented PLM processes.
Document and supervise business requests in defect tracking systems and prioritize them.
What we need to see:

years of PLM software implementation experience in one or more of the following fields:
Product Data Management (PDM), New Product Introduction (NPI), Computer-Aided Design (CAD), Bill of Material (BOM) Management, Manufacturing Resource Planning (MRP) Supply Chain, development, or operations engineering.
7
years of experience as a catalyst in building and improving enterprise-class systems through the entire Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, new technologies, or equivalent experienceKnowledge of PTC Windchill PLM, and 5Why methodologies is a plus.
Demonstrated ability to work with PLM and other engineering processes and systems as listed above.
Logical problem solver, results-oriented, and with excellent project management, communication, and analytical skills.
Independent and motivated individual who requires little supervision and demonstrates good judgment and decision-making skills.
Strong written and verbal communication, and informative listening skills.
Ability to lead teams and influence others.
Effective problem solver and decision maker.
Continuous Capability improvement implementation experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowdBackground in semiconductor / High tech industry is a plusExperience with SAP systems Integration, Confluence, JIRA, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, and SAP HANA is a plus.

Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
