Senior Director International Brand Marketing

OverviewWe are looking for a multifaceted and innovative marketer to help grow brand awareness and consideration of Pluto TV, Paramount's FAST streaming service.
Reporting to the VP International Marketing Pluto TV, this is a key role on the streaming marketing team in defining and implementing our international brand marketing strategy across all its territories.
This Sr Director will lead a growing marketing team fully dedicated to international regions, in collaboration with the US Domestic brand team.
We seek to hire an experienced professional with a track-record in developing marketing strategies and a strong background in brand and content marketing, and an inspiring leader who can bring sharp, sophisticated thinking to the team while elevating executional excellence both internally (strategies, presentations, memos, cross-functional collaboration) and externally (campaigns, creative assets).
The candidate will drive full end to end marketing strategy across brand; being responsible for both top of the funnel/brand metrics improvement and low funnel/growth performances.
The role will manage the data driven full marketing funnel, based on rapid experimentation and validated learning.
As international lead, the candidate will be working to ensure the right execution of a global strategy but also to strengthen our global brand approach and positioning.

Come join our team!ResponsibilitiesCreate high impact brand campaigns that can be optimized and adapted across all international territories including current and new launch markets.
Lead all aspects including development of marketing strategy, building the plan, campaign briefing, execution, post-launch analysis.
Drive cohesion of brand positioning across all international territories and among cross-functional teams.
Work alongside central Creative Team and agencies on development of all campaign assets and influence key collaborators.
Coordinate & consolidate efforts across cross-functional marketing team to ensure 360 approach to campaigns in support of customer acquisition, engagement and retention efforts.
Partner with Global Consumer Insights and Data and Analytics teams to develop, update and improve reporting that tracks and evaluates brand performance key performance indicators and their impact on subscriber acquisition and retention; standardize across all regions.
Use data and insights to inform brand strategies and campaigns while delivering measurable brand awareness metrics.
Lead customer research and testing methodologies in partnership with Global Insights as it relates to brand projects.
Evolve, implement, and enforce brand identity, positioning and usage guidelines to ensure uniformity across all territories through marketing communications (brand and verbal identity)Manage budgets for all international brand campaigns.
Basic Qualifications10
years of work experience including International experience.
5
years of experience from a Senior Leadership role (Director or equivalent) in Brand Marketing with a proven track record of innovation.
Experience working in brand and content in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
Experience owning/sharing a P&L or MAU/revenue growth for a region or function, ideally of a similar or greater size to the region today.
Background and experience in the Media / Tech industry or Streaming and Digital environments.
Clear understanding of the streaming market and future trends.
Strong understanding of performance media and/or overall marketing & distribution partnership.
Demonstrable track record of leadership experience; especially valued experience in at an international scale (across multiple geographic markets) in a large, matrixed consumer or content based business.
Proven record of developing in region business opportunities, commercially and strategically.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, as well as the ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions.
Experience building and growing impactful teams.
Capacity to build a team and navigate within a highly matrixed organization.
Additional QualificationsDeep understanding of streaming and digital data strategies, analytics, and insights.
Clear understanding of the business strategy and capability to translate it.

The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies.
Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
The benefits available for this position include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, life insurance coverage, disability benefits, tuition assistance program and PTO or, if applicable, as otherwise dictated by the appropriate Collective Bargaining Agreement.
