Expected Minimum Pay Rate:
USD $17.

Responsibilities:
What You Will DoAs a Raley's Service Agent I, you will provide customer service in a manner which increases customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention and maximizes customer long-term value to Raley's.
In this role, you will work temporarily in the Raley's Service Center and strive to provide polite and tactful responses to customer contacts by a variety of communication channels.
How You will Make a DifferenceYou will perform accurate and thorough entry of customer contact data into the database.
You will answer questions and inquiries, troubleshoot problems, provide information, and handle praise and complaints regarding the organization's products or services.
You will demonstrate your genuine desire to ensure every customer has a positive experience.

Telephone usage to communicate with internal and external customers, and vendors.
Viewing computer monitor; average ordinary visual acuity necessary to prepare documents, enter data into computer system and read reports from computer monitor.
Keyboarding; use of fingers to make small movements such as typing and mouse usage.
