Summary:
Delivering retail cannabis to Kolas customers, following all state driving laws, following all compliance regulations for delivery cannabis products, assisting members with delivery questions, managing dispatch phone to answer questions and take orders, using a POS system to manage delivery orders, check inventory, light cleaning of shop and work space.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
include the following.
Other duties may be assigned.
Process and deliver customer orders using the OnFleet route management application.
Ensure product is delivered in a timely and professional manner Verify identity, take cash payments, make an accurate exchange, capture signatures and other related customer information.
Follow route and maintain manifest for each delivery Provide exceptional customer service by phone, text, and most importantly at the time of delivery.
Develop and maintain rapport with our customers, partners, and staff.
Ensure customers' concerns and/or questions are solved and answered promptly and efficiently.
Communicate customer requests and/or problems to a Dispatcher or Manager when needed.
Obey all traffic laws and operate vehicles in a safe and efficient manner.
Maintain a positive work environment conducive to trust, loyalty, and respect Performs all duties in day to day operations.
Regular, predictable attendance is required.
Ability to get along and work effectively with others.
