Reconciliation and Designation:
Responsible for accurately reconciling and designating rebate payments in the Drug Rebate system at the National Drug Code level, ensuring precision and compliance.
Client and Manufacturer Interaction:
Conduct research and respond promptly to client and drug manufacturer inquiries, fostering positive relationships and ensuring client satisfaction.
Correspondence Management:
Track and organize incoming manufacturers' correspondence, maintaining a systematic approach to information flow.
Invoicing and Late Payment Notices:
Manage the mailing of invoices and late payment notice letters, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
Reporting:
Complete daily status reporting, providing insights into the progress of rebate processes and identifying areas for improvement.
Confidential Data Handling:
Adhere to company policies and guidelines in handling confidential data, ensuring the utmost security and integrity of sensitive information.
Skills and
Qualifications:
Basic Accounting:
Strong foundation in basic accounting principles, with the ability to apply them accurately in the context of drug rebate processes.
Computer Proficiency:
