Your role is essential to maintaining our commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Safely transport cannabis products to customers' locations in accordance with state and local regulations.
Verify customer identification and confirm that they meet age and eligibility requirements for receiving cannabis deliveries.
Provide excellent customer service by answering customer questions, addressing concerns, and maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor.
Maintain accurate delivery records, including proof of delivery, payments received, and product inventory.
Adhere to all safety and security protocols to ensure the safe and responsible transport of cannabis products.
Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the delivery vehicle, ensuring it is in good working condition.
Report any vehicle issues or incidents to the supervisor promptly.
Collaborate with the dispensary team to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely deliveries.
Stay up to date with changes in cannabis regulations and product offerings.
Ensure compliance with all applicable state and local laws and regulations related to cannabis delivery.
Performing other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES) Knowledge of cannabis required.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
Previous experience as a delivery driver preferred.
