Essential functions include:
Responsible for maintaining documentation associated with operations.
Uphold quality, safety, and cleanliness standards within designated areas.
Ensure that all required maintenance is performed.
Communicate with other team members to ensure efficient plant operations.
Address equipment problems in an aggressive manner, as to minimize downtime.
Ensure that all resources are available for production run.
Set-up oncoming shift for successful run.
Expected to perform any duties necessary to support the team.
Obtain information necessary to perform duties at pre-shift tailgate meetings and by meeting with off-going operator.
Vigilantly monitor equipment operation for indications of impending problems and possible operational improvements.
Backup to all production jobs as needed.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
