Qualifications:
Performs daily shipping and receiving duties including packing and palletizing.
Prepares documentation for shipping and receiving of products and inventory.
Efficiently loads customer's orders.
Communicates any damage to manager before accepting shipment.
Unpacks and examines incoming shipments and compares with purchase orders to verify accuracy of incoming shipments.
Receives and properly stores incoming shipments.
Maintains shipping records, including providing tracking or shipment history information upon request.
Strong customer service skills and ability to work with internal Project Managers and Sales Team.
Effectively communicate, understand oral instructions, read and interpret documents and instructions.
Ability to follow policies and procedures.
Ability to adhere to safety protocols.
Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
Forklift experience is preferred/ forklift certification a plus.
Must have valid driver's license and insurable DMV record.
Must have reliable transportation.
Excellent communication (verbally and written) with all levels of the organization and able to build effective relationships with others.
Highly motivated and high initiative in providing proactive efforts to resolve discrepancies with a high sense of urgency to meet deadlines.
Effective time management.
Strong organizational, multi-tasking and follow-through skills.
Able to perform challenging physical tasks during entire shift and lift up to 65 pounds on a regular basis.
