The ideal candidate will be responsible for efficiently and accurately handling the daily operations of our warehouse.
As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in maintaining an organized and streamlined warehouse environment, ensuring timely order fulfillment and overall operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and process incoming shipments.
Inspect and verify products for accuracy and quality.
Organize and maintain inventory levels.
Pick and pack orders with precision and attention to detail.
Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track and record shipments.
Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
Collaborate with other team members to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Perform regular inventory counts and participate in periodic audits.
Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (up to 50 pounds).
Positive attitude and willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
