com is looking for Data Entry Logistics Clerk to join our growing team.
The ideal candidate will have a solid background in procurement and / or supply chain operations.
They must possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, the ability to multitask and operate in a very fast paced complex environment, meet deadlines.
The Data Entry Clerk will process returns made to warehouse.
Working with the Logistics Manager, they will process returns made to hub and to 3 party suppliers.
Key Roles/
Responsibilities:
Filing, pulling proof of delivery, spreadsheets for shipping and Memos Oracle transaction- included invoicing.
Oracle Knowledge is plus, Basic Excel & MS Word, experience with international shipment.
3PL Amazon Shipping A Plus Previous experience with shipping and/or logistics Previous experience with shipping and receiving internationally a plus Proficiency with Excel and Outlook Ability to analyze, define, problem solve and multi-task while remaining organized Excellent typing skills and ten key proficient for data entry/prenotes.
Proficient in using paper scanning equipment and attaching documents.
Computer savvy/understands how to maintain hardware/software Product testing Monitoring emails Perform other duties as required or assigned.
Responsibilities can include:
Manual tasks, such as assembling, addressing, stamping and arranging for the shipment of merchandise and materials.
They may also assist in daily scheduling of deliveries and pick-ups to and from production locations.
In handling incoming shipments, he or she may have to unpack boxes and verify contents.
The Data Entry Clerk will be required to keep precise records of all commodities going in and out of company.

Diploma or equivalent Logistics:
1 year (Preferred) Must be able to work in a Warehouse environment.
Must possess strong communication skills and be able to effectively interact with all levels of the organization.
Must possess good organizational skills with attention to detail and follow up on follow up procedures.
Must possess good computer skills with an ability to learn new systems quickly.
Work with warehouse manager and salesforce to prioritize the needs of product shipments to each offsite.
Strong attention to detail required.
Technical Skills:
Microsoft Dynamics - DAX or other ERP systems Microsoft Office (intermediate Excel skills, Word, Power Point, etc.
) Typically a Monday-Friday work schedule; however, may be asked to work evenings and weekends based on the needs of the business.
Flexibility in scheduling is required.
