Responsibilities Provides parts answers and solutions for our retail and wholesale customers in person at the counter/over the phone Drive parts sales via customer calls and periodic check in with assigned clients Uses parts knowledge to assist other Wastequip team members answer questions for customers Enters customer orders accurately in the system Deliver parts to customers in the surrounding area when needed Provides outstanding customer care and interactions with internal and external customers Communicates with managers regarding customer concerns Partners with other Wastequip sites to provide support in shipping necessary parts Maintains a safe working environment Creates and edits documents using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Tracks and maintains open back orders Other duties as assigned Requirements Counter experience within the automotive parts industry desired.
Valid Driver's License and clean record Strong relationship-building and customer service skills.
Ability to conduct business in a professional manner with both internal and external customers.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Basic to intermediate computer skills with MS office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
