Telework Information:

The CalPERS Retirement Benefit Services Division is recruiting for a Staff Services Analyst in the Forms Administration Unit, who has experience working in a production environment where meeting monthly performance metrics is critical to the success of the unit.
In addition to processing various retirement forms, the incumbent is responsible for reviewing and analyzing escalated inquiries/requests from retirees, survivors and beneficiaries, identifying potential system issues and assisting the lead analysts in drafting system change requests.
A successful candidate for this position, must be able to work independently and as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude and professional demeanor in a work environment where change is constant to improve customer service.
