Clerical duties may be assigned in accordance with the office procedures of individual branch and may include a combination of answering telephones, A/R, data entry, office equipment operation, and filing.

Essential Functions Statement(s) o Answer telephones, direct calls, and take messages.
o Process product receiving documents and confirm orders after delivery.
o Process product warranty documents.
o Inventory and order office material, marketing material, supplies, and services.
Includes materials for events such as trade shows and open house events.
o Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to Corporate requests.
o Operate office equipment, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems, and personal computers.
o Maintain and update filing, inventory, mailing, and database systems, either manually or using a computer.
o Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information, take orders, and address complaints.
o Collect, count, and disburse money/checks, do basic bookkeeping, process customer credit card transactions and complete branch banking transactions.
o May make travel arrangements for office personnel.
o Train other staff members to perform work activities, such as using computer applications.
o May be responsible for cleaning duties.
o Troubleshoot problems involving office equipment, such as computer hardware and software.
o Other duties as assigned, including some manual warehouse duties.

2 plus years of experience in General Office Administration Computer Skills:
Intermediate or higher level of expertise using Microsoft Office applications.
Certifications & Licenses:
Must meet company standards to operate a motor vehicle.
