Our general laborers specialize in transforming homes and businesses into elegant winter wonderlands.
From twinkling rooftops to dazzling trees, we take pride in spreading holiday cheer through our expertly designed and installed Christmas light displays.

Your main responsibilities will include:
Assisting with the installation and removal of custom Christmas lights and decorations Climbing ladders and working at heights to hang lights on rooftops, trees, and other structures Ensuring all lights are securely fastened and properly connected Troubleshooting and repairing any lighting issues Providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude As a General Labor Lead you will do quality assurance on all work to make sure it meets our expectations and our client's expectations Lead Laborers will also make sure the crew stays on schedule and communicates with the office as needed General Labor leads will maintain all vehicles and equipment Perks and

Competitive hourly wage.
Training starts at $22/hr for 2 weeks.
After training you can earn up to $1,500 weekly High Performance Bonuses and tips are available for greater earning! Training and support to enhance your skills and knowledge and to keep you safe The chance to be part of a team that brings joy to countless families and communities Work Schedule:
7am-5pm, 4 days a week with the opportunity for overtime Requirements:
The ability to safely operate ladders:
including carrying, set-up, and climbing ladders up to 28' Cannot be afraid of heights A Valid driver's license A positive, energetic attitude Follow the non-smoking policy in our vehicles and on our clients' properties Willing to work outdoors in all (safe) weather Job Types:
