Are you a dedicated and passionate Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider with a desire to make a significant impact in the medical field? We are currently seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic healthcare team.
This is a permanent position that offers a flexible schedule, providing an excellent work-life balance while allowing you to utilize your skills and experience to provide exceptional care to our diverse patient population.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role and a background as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, or California Physician Assistant.
Responsibilities:
As a Primary Care Advanced Practice Provider, you will be at the forefront of our mission to provide comprehensive and compassionate care to our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing primary care services to patients, including assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of health conditions.
Collaborating with physicians and other healthcare professionals to manage patient care effectively.
Educating patients and their families about disease prevention and health maintenance.
Developing and implementing patient management plans and recording patient progress notes.
Performing physical examinations and preventive health measures within prescribed guidelines.
Ordering, interpreting, and evaluating diagnostic tests to identify and assess patients' clinical problems and health care needs.
Prescribing or recommending medications or other forms of treatment.
Participating in quality improvement, management, continuing education, and patient care programs.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following
Qualifications:
Active and unrestricted license to practice as a Family Nurse Practitioner, Primary Care Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in California.
A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in primary care, family practice, or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients and team members.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and other healthcare technology.
Current CPR/BLS certification.
Knowledge of current medical procedures and understanding of basic health care procedures.
Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with medical knowledge and technology.
