- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software - Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements - Assist with payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations - Monitor and manage company expenses and budgets - Assist with the preparation of tax returns and other financial documents - Qualifications and skills:
Pervious experience in the position of Construction Office Manager Excellent customer service skills Excellent organization, time management and communication skills Problem solving and critical thinking Takes initiative, self-starts and ability to multitask.
Displays professionalism and punctuality.
Highschool diploma or equivalent with some college preferred.
Job Duties:
Accounts receivable/ payable in QuickBooks desktop Oversee office administrators and daily office tasks Collections Oversee sub-contractor vendor credentialing.
Review and approve time cards for payroll processing Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
