Chief Technology Officer

Candidates must reside in the state of California Under administrative direction of the Chief Information Officer, the Chief Technology Officer (CTO) serves as the point of contact for the Technology Infrastructure, software development, and Information Technology (IT) service delivery.
The CTO will define technology strategies, ensure smooth IT operations, select, and manage the technology stack, oversee software development lifecycles, manage infrastructure resources, and provide IT support to CalHR and the State Personnel Board.
