Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the incumbent performs analytical assignments in relation to policy development, forms management and ADA compliance in the Administrative Services Unit.
These duties include policy research, development, and implementation; evaluation of proposed Lottery policies and ideas; review, research, and analyze current and/or new laws and regulations; forms management and development; and ensure policies and forms are ADA compliant.
Develop solutions and make recommendations to address challenging situations and present those recommendations to Lottery management.
Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
