Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I (SSM I), the incumbent performs analytical assignments in relation to policy development, forms management and ADA compliance in the Administrative Services Unit.
These duties include policy research, development, and implementation; evaluation of proposed Lottery policies and ideas; review, research, and analyze current and/or new laws and regulations; forms management and development; and ensure policies and forms are ADA compliant.
Develop solutions and make recommendations to address challenging situations and present those recommendations to Lottery management.
Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Ability to interpret and apply current laws, rules, policies and procedures.
Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Effective organizational skills to ensure completed staff work with a variety of assignments.
Demonstrates experience of computer skills (using Adobe, Excel & Word).
Focused attention to detail with follow-through on tasks and assignments.
Experience providing excellent customer service.
Ability to effectively use time management skills.

Aptitude for working under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
