Essential FunctionsoDevelop and maintain product production schedule.
oCoordinate shipments of product to and from 3rd party re-packeroCoordinate the procurement of support material.
oResponsible for maintaining purchasing and inventory control systems.
oManage cycle counting program - including explanation of variances.
oAssist in periodic and scheduled audits to ensure accuracy of inventory data.
oManage contracts and quality assurances issues.
oProvide procurement services for Production and Processing.
oAnalyze, correct, and enter daily data collection systems as needed for department.
oMaintain accurate files.
oBackup team members as needed.
oSet up and maintain all raw material deliveries (schedules).
oMaintain minimum stock dollars.
oVarious tasks involving the responsibility of the food safety and quality of company products.
Education and ExperienceoExcellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
oTwo years of college with emphasis on business and two years of procurement experience.
oExperience may be substituted for education.
oBasic understanding of General Accounting and Finance.
oExcellent math skills.
oAdvanced Computer knowledge (word processing, spreadsheets).
oAbility to work well with people.
oCommunication skills are a must.
oMulti-tasked Individual.
For candidates based in California, this position starts at $26.
17/hr, up to $34.

This position works Monday - Friday from 7 am - 4 pm.
