Assistant General Manager
Wage - Train as Team Member 2 weeks $16/hour - Train as Manager 2 weeks $17/hour - Review profitability, store audit and Guest comment results with opportunitites to increase pay up to $20/hour Responsibilities - Minimum 2 year commitment (we train) - Develop Leaders and lead a team - Be back up opening & closing manager - Open the store by yourself - Close the store by yourself (detail clean, reconcile cash) - Monitor Labor % - Monitor Profitability - Enforce Jamba and Company policies - Manage cash - Monitor temperatures and health checks - Lead others in a fun and encouraging, positive environment - Identify issues and resolve ### Skills - Mature, professional - LEADERSHIP SKILLS - Responsible - Reliable - Flexible - Great Customer Service Skills - Ability to multi task - Great follow up skills - Able to take charge so manager can have a day off - Must be able to handle pressure - No drama, must be professional and have ability to work with ALL types of people.
