DescriptionBKF Engineers is seeking an enthusiastic and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team.
We are looking for a candidate who is self-driven, efficient with deadlines, and able to work effectively with diverse teams of engineers, marketers, and design staff to create persuasive and standout deliverables.
In this role you will be an integral member of the marketing and business development department providing support and collaboration on all internal and external messaging.
Additionally, you will be challenged with developing and executing compelling written and visual content that promotes BKF's services and brand.
The location of this position is based out of our Sacramento office.

Responsibilities may include:
Lead the response to multiple concurrent pursuits by helping coordinate and produce high-quality proposals and presentations, including layout, formatting, proofreading, coordinating graphics, editing/reviewing and production Provide support to all BKF marketing staff in all offices, relative to specific communication objectives and initiatives Maintain marketing files in Deltek, Hubspot, InDesign, OpenAsset with project, contact, and prospect information Create content marketing initiatives in order to push key messages across all digital and print channels.
Actively communicate and collaborate with the internal Marketing & BD Team A self-starter with strong interpersonal skills, a keen eye for detail, and thrives under deadlines Respond to multiple concurrent pursuits by helping coordinate and produce high-quality proposals and presentations, including layout, formatting, proofreading, coordinating graphics, editing/reviewing and production Coordinate with department managers for scope and fees, if needed Plan and execute various marketing campaigns in support of the firm's strategic business plan Coordinate and produce award and recognition submittal packages Assist with special projects, as needed Ability to work flexible hours to meet deadlines Knowledge and experience required:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or English Degree or equivalent demonstrated experience.
3-5 years of experience with the RFP process and proposal production, preferably with an A/E/C firm Compensation and title commensurate with experience Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, written and verbal communication skills Must have the ability to work well with others especially department managers, project managers and anyone involved in business development efforts.
Prefer strong Graphic Design eye, but not required Experience working in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment Proficient with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) Deltek Vision experience a plus Location & SalaryBKF supports a healthy work-life balance and utilizes a hybrid model of home and office work.
This position will be based out of any of the following office:
SacramentoSalary range for this position is anticipated to be $70,900 to $89,800 annually, and may vary based upon education, experience, qualifications, skills, geographic location, and performance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
