Under the general direction of the Labor Relations Manager II (LRM II), the Labor Relations Specialist (LRS) is responsible for providing technical and analytical staff work associated with complex, analytical, and sensitive issues in the Labor Relations Division.
The LRS serves as a statewide liaison subject matter expert to coordinate and monitor major functions of the division.
The LRS provides assistance to the Labor Relations Officers in the area of bargaining preparation, grievance handling, contract administration, training, and note taking.
The LRS is also responsible for providing technical and analytical staff work associated with complex, analytical, and sensitive issues in the Labor Relations Division.
