Office location is downtown Sacramento Candidates must reside in the state of California The Data Analyst provides support to the Savings Plus Program, Marketing, Outreach and Strategic Planning efforts by analyzing agency and program data to assist in guiding the Savings Plus Programs work products.
In addition to providing data driven reports the incumbent will work independently, utilizing good judgement and time management in planning, implementing, and advertising for fairs and conferences for Savings Plus participants and Human Resources Professionals, and effectively communicating outcomes while working in a team environment.
The Analyst will perform complex data analysis, working with participant and state demographic data utilizing a variety of evaluation techniques.
The Savings Plus Program Division (SPP) is the principal area of the organization that administers the 401(k) and 457(b) defined contribution plan for all California state employees.
