The Scheduler will be responsible for performing scheduling duties on a professional level and work closely with the team.
Responsibilities:
The Scheduler is responsible for the daily changes to client and staff schedules and communicating this information to clinical staff members and families.
This position requires someone with great analytical skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, high energy level, quick thinker and problem solver, has a sense of urgency and a good memory.
The Scheduler role is primarily responsible for the overall analysis of resource allocation and mitigation of schedule conflicts.
This role includes forward-looking planning, all toward the objective of providing 1:
1 ABA services with the paraprofessional and client.
The Scheduler will interact with multiple departments to ensure scheduling needs are met.
Additional responsibilities include supporting the Finance department and Human Resources Department with employee related issues and disciplinary actions as needed for timekeeping/billing and attendance.

Education and/or

Background Checks and/or Licensing:
Must be able to pass criminal background check and reference checks.
Other Requirements:
Must have reliable means of transportation; availability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week; and have knowledge of internet, e-mail, basic excel, and Microsoft Office applications.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
