We are looking for a City Manager in Sacramento to fully own all operational aspects of our Pet Care services in the city.
You will play a key role in standardizing the services we are providing to our clients, supporting our medical teams, optimizing business aspects, reporting to and working closely with key leaders in the organization, and find initiatives to scale and grow
Responsibilities:
Overseeing day-to-day operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource management.
Analyze KPI data to look at trends and find problems Ensure that company policies are followed Optimize business workflows Create new company policies and processes Manage Inventory weekly/monthly/quarterly and seek to improve cost by volume buys or Group Purchasing Monitor employee production and satisfaction Set team and individual goals Requirements:
Experience managing people and teams Results-driven and ability to communicate Experience working in dynamic environments with a strong ability to find operational solutions Ability to identify weak spots in a process to improve efficiency Great planning and project management skills Initiative to drive results and improve operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Ability to support tech callouts.
