Job Description:
Client Relations Specialist (CRS) The CRS is the primary contact for administrative matters concerning clients and scheduling of 1 on 1 appointments.
The following is a general description of the duties and responsibilities of a CRS:
Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Responsible for acquiring new clients on patient portals as assigned by the Executive team.
Responsible for on-boarding new clients.
Responsible for administrative orientation, via telehealth, for families.
Responsible for management and maintenance of client records.
Responsible for exiting a client.
Duties and Responsibilities related to scheudling may also include:
Assisting in creating and managing employee and client schedules.
Assisting in accurate input of scheduled appointments and providing coding guidance when needed.
Assisting in communicating schedule-related matters to employees as well as clients.
Assisting in addressing cancellations and coordinating coverage/makeup time.
Assisting in employee timesheet adjustments as supported by Financial Specialist.
Other duties may be required.
