Under the direct supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, the Office Operations Assistant (State classification is Business Service Assistant Specialist) independently performs technical and analytical business service work, serves as the Office of Human Resources (OHR) Office Operations Assistant, Property Controller and I-9 Coordinator, and is responsible for providing oversight in these areas to OHR staff and programs.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and restocking office supplies and inventory control, equipment repairs, sign in/out logs for the office vehicle pool, and are regularly required to drive a state vehicle to another department to pick up mail.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
