Job Description:
Under the direction of the Staff Services Manager I of the Scratchers Inventory Management Center (SIMC), the Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA), is responsible for a variety of analytical and developmental assignments associated with SIMC.
Desirable Qualifications In addition to evaluating each candidate's relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate:
Strong analytical skills, good research skills, effective time management skills, and good attendance.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills, and demonstrate attention to detail.
Proven ability to exercise a high degree of confidentiality, initiative, responsibility, and independence.
Ability to analyze issues and develop solutions Work well under pressure and meet deadlines; possess integrity and the ability to maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information.
Ability to work both independently and as a team member; carry out prescribed tasks with minimal supervision; be a self-starter, flexible, and have a positive attitude.
Excellent computer skills using Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
