Must have, -Honorable, integral, and focused demeanor -Clean cut, no harmful habits -Not clutching destructive vices such as alcoholism / substance abuse.
even part time -Married (or stable home environment) -Good credit score -Definite direction of life -Fiscally responsible -Clean speech -Someone who prefers calculated decisions as oppose to off the cusp decisions -Someone who knows when to analyze and when to execute -Ability to analyze a situation and draft a plan/list for execution then, -4-5 years minimum experience working in commercial / residential painting -Well rounded knowledge of efficient job site order and logistics -Experienced in maintenance and PROPER operations of spray equipment, rolling and cutting walls, and setting up scaffold/ ladders safely -Good eye for touch up, detail, and memory -Possess a good character that can work efficiently with others, not a solo artist -Organized (this is important) -Looking to grow in value -Goal orientated and timeline conscious -Reliable and responsible demeanor -Has personal basic painters tools ; Masker, Blade, Scrapers, 2 gal setup w/ hook, nail punches, brushes, etc.
-Has reliable transportation and valid DL -Ability to work outside, move ladders, buckets, mask.
Basic requirements for painting -Experienced and knowledgeable in application of paint, lacquer, oil based products, stain, epoxy, etc via spraying,rolling,brushing,wiping etc.
