Job Description:
You are the first line of customer contact ensuring customer confidence and understanding the needs providing the appropriate immediate response Labor Control and Management of the day to day budgets This position does require driving, our company provides a vehicle Ensure staffing is available to meet foreseeable requirements Train and evaluates supervisors reporting to him/her Ensure all supplies, materials, and work performed meets the quality & budgetary standards set by the company Conduct inspections as necessary to ensure company quality standards are maintained Maintain quality service by enforcing quality and customer service standards; analyzing and resolving quality and customer service problems; identifying trends; recommending improvements Control expenses within area of responsibility Provide guidance on matters related to performance management, staffing/recruitment, training, and HR compliance Demonstrate and promote company culture, values and management philosophy Supervises day-to-day work activities by delegation and assignment while prioritizing and monitoring work Establish work standards and flow Establish and maintain effective lines of communications with the client and facility personnel to ascertain that their needs and requirements are being met per contract Assist as necessary with disciplinary actions Directs in the management of workload to ensure a timely and quality response to requests for service Review daily call log and communicate accordingly the issues at hand and assure they are being addressed Assure they are keeping files, and/or binders, organized Assure they are monitoring their clock-ins reports for their blocks Assure they are following protocol pertaining to the OrangeQC Assure knowledge of the Kronos timekeeping application Skills We Are Seeking:
Time management skills with yourself while keeping all other staff within the budgeted hours allotted and strong organizational skills Experience in training and supervising new staff Knowledge in the Commercial Janitorial Maintenance Field Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required Effective verbal and written communication skills Ability to adapt to constant changes in the maintenance service industry Requirements Valid CA Driers License Current Car insurance Documents to work in the US Job Type:
